One year passes...

It's been a year since I started this blog, and almost five months since my last post, so I don't think anyone will be reading this.

But just looking at all my old entries (especially my NZ trip entries) makes me really marvel at how fast one year flies. It's unbelievable! It has really been a trip down memory lane. 7 weeks passed in a flash since I enlisted (on 21 Apr) and now I have already finished my BMT.

I get my posting on the 16th of this month. Pray that I get MDC!

Also, am thinking of reviving my blog... Step by step first, ya?

Modded Xbox!

Nothing going on much recently. Just the usual, work and gaming. Heh heh. Have been getting quite abit of Halo 2 on Xbox Live recently, trying to level up a bit. Pretty good progress so far. Oh, my housemate Gareth finally brought out his Xbox, the one which he brought back from Australia.

It's chipped (modded), and they swapped out the original 8GB hard disk with a whopping 200GB hard disk!! So all he does is copy the Xbox games onto the hard disk itself and runs the games from there, eliminating the need for the DVDs. Pretty neat, huh! And it has a DVD/music player interface, the option to boot the original Xbox OS, and a host of different emulators that enables one to play NES games and such! Arcade games with unlimited coins! Haha...

Hope I get a little bit more to write in the upcoming weeks. I'd hate it for my life to be that mundane. Went to teach Tracie's kids today, after they came back from France. Zack has got a cute little nice haircut now. Was supposed to go for Adrian's surprise birthday party tonight but Cyn got really tired so we skipped it. Oops!

Well, it's off to church bright and early tomorrow morning. Tomorrow I actually decided to take the train to Yishun, but I've just been informed by an insider (which is actually my dad who works with SMRT lah) that the mock terrorist attack will happen tomorrow morning. So there you go. Take 167 all the way from town. Ho hum!

Happy New Year

It's 2006! Another year to go. Have been smoke-free for the whole year so far (makes it sound so good, doesn't it?), and still hanging on fine. Hopefully that stays.

Still looking for more work! I've updated the "ME" section, so please do give it a quick browse. Cheers!
